The Office Administrator will be the face and voice of Suntech’s office in Italy. As the first point of contact for many, you will welcome and look after internal and external visitors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, emails and post
- Providing support to Italian team including dealing with travel and hotel bookings
- Tracking attendance and holidays
- Management of conference rooms and meeting bookings
- Overseeing and ordering stationary and office supplies
- Ensuring office machines/ equipment is maintained and serviced appropriately
- Distributing internal communication
- Overseeing calendars/ diaries
- General office administration duties and other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required.

Your excellent communication skills allow you to enjoy dealing with people of all levels internally as well as with external customers and vendors. Requirements:
- Some initial office and administration experience (can be an apprenticeship or vacation roles)
- Italian mother tongue, English language skills are mandatory, additional languages are a plus
