Baastel is looking for: (1) a Senior Expert with at least 10 years of relevant
professional experience and (2) a Junior Expert with at least 3 years of
relevant professional experience for an EU-funded project in the OCTs “Overseas
Countries and Territories (OCTs): Environmental Profiles”. The team
of experts should be fluent in both English and French (written and oral)
and should combine qualifications in: environment/economics, environment/social,
environmental legislation, sustainable development and natural resources
development, policy work and institutional issues, climate change and biodiversity,
expertise in SIDS and prior knowledge of the OCTs.
