Under the supervision of the Programme Coordinator, The Junior Expert in Energy undertakes all the technical aspects of GERES activities in Afghanistan. His/Her mission concerns:

  • Training and Capacity Building
  • Research and Development
  • Programmes support
  • Monitoring and Evaluation - Capitalisation
  • Carbon Finance Focal point
