Junior Energy Specialist - Afghanistan, Bamyan - Fixed-term contract, 1 year renewable

The Junior Energy Specialist will be in charge of the Skills and Technologies department of the Energy & Housing component of the programme (component II). (S)he will manage and build capacity of the team and work in coordination with technical teams in Kabul.
