Junior Civil Engineer

Our Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd. (KCB) office in Sudbury, ON is looking for Junior Civil Engineers who have previous experience working in project teams, are ready to rise to the challenge, think outside the box, know how to get things done and want to join a great team.

 

As a follow-on to the design, construction and commissioning of their award winning water management structures for a large urban tailings disposal facility, KCB Sudbury is currently engineering major improvement works for a number of dams. Engineering of facilities to allow mine closure and promote reclamation also form a large component of the work of the Sudbury office, as well as waste management and environmental assessment for new mine developments.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelors degree in related Civil/Geotechnical/ fields
• Previous engineering related experience
• Eligible to register as an Foreign Licensee or as an E.I.T. with Ontario’s professional engineering association
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Report writing skills
• Track record as an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
