JOB SUMMARY: • To assist in the smooth running of the Forum delivery teams’ main London Office• To provide administrative support to the two delivery teams (Change Strategies and Partners and Sectors, ~45 staff plus several interns) • To support the Admin and Events Officer, including maintaining contact databases and preparing documents and presentations • To assist the Finance Manager with financial processes and databases • To assist the Team and Events Administrator with the organisation and delivery of events • To provide administrative support for all partner and project activities (worth £4M p.a.), including the Forum Business and Public Sector Networks.
PERSON SPECIFICATION ?? Basic office and administrative skills ?? Working knowledge of MS office; able to use databases and PowerPoint ?? Comfortable with email and the internet, including internet-based research ?? Able to work as part of a team ?? Able to prioritise tasks ?? Numerate, able to track basic financial data ?? Able to maintain paper and electronic filing systems ?? Good written and oral communication skills; able to communicate effectively with external parties
