The Junior Program Associate will work as a member of the Commercial Program Team. Their primary goal is to assist the Commercial Program Team to complete all necessary documentation relating to Home Energy Evaluations, Energy Upgrades, and Commercial PV Installs. The team works closely with local SolarCity Sales and Operations teams. 

The JPA must be able to effectively work independently towards achieving centrally set objectives and metrics.    To be successful in this position the candidate must have a high degree of initiative, be proactive, calm under pressure, extremely organized and have outstanding communication skills.
 

Responsibilities

Document Management 
• Prepare, verify and send to the customer all relevant documentation in accordance with specific utility requirements. 
• Coordinate with the customer to retrieve all documents. 
• Prepare basic documents for submission.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness. 
• Scan, upload and file documents.

Database Management 
• Manage daily functions using SolarCity’s customized databases including inputting appropriate notes for all tasks, and progressing project status.
• Run SQL reports and track application status’.

Problem Solving
• Identify common issues and develop suitable solutions to handle inquiries in a timely manner.

Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with Customers as well as the Sales and Operations team. 
• Act as a point of Contact for rebate status updates.
