Joint Implementation Projects Originator

An Asset Management Company is seeking a Joint Implementation (JI) originator who can find and deliver ERU producing contracts for the company to invest in.

The Joint Implementation projects will be focused around Eastern Europe, our client is open to a variety of regions depending upon the suitability of the person and the projects able to be sourced.

Candidates will be senior, with a minimum of 6 years experience within origination. Technical knowledge of JI/ Carbon offset projects is an essential aspect of your repertoire, and experience within due diligence technically and commercially will be considered in a positive light.

Candidate Profile-

• Solid understanding of the Carbon Market and its related processes with UNFCCC.
• Experience within a variety of JI projects
• Good level of proven industry and authority contacts.
• Good demonstrable commercial experience with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong Communication skills, including presentation
• Fluent in English; fluency in at least one other language a plus.
