NHBS is a world leader in supplying Natural History, Ecology and Conservation books and equipment to institutions, retailers, companies, libraries, academics and private customers around the world. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated recent undergraduate to assist our busy equipment team for a one-year assignment. The post will involve a large variety of tasks supporting our busy office and warehouse in Totnes, Devon. You will learn about retail and gain valuable all-round business experience. On-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities You will carry out a wide range of equipment related logistics and customer services tasks. You will be joining a team of three equipment specialists. Specific tasks may include:

Our offer to you Our warehouse and office is based on the industrial estate in Totnes. We have been selling natural history and science books for thirty years, and ecological survey equipment since 2009. The successful candidate will be joining a diverse and friendly workforce of 22 staff. This position reports to the Senior Manager (Equipment). This position is available immediately. Salary: £14,500 to 15,500 based on a 37.5 hour week with the position attracting 28 days holiday p.a, including bank holidays. The contract will initially be offered for one year, with the possibility of extension after this time.
