We are looking for a dedicated and organised Jobsearch Programme Leader to join our team in Cumbria. The role will involve working with a wide variety of customers and clients in which you will be responsible for assisting and supporting people of all ages back into work.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment and will have experience of working towards set targets. You will have excellent IT skills and will be able to organise your own workload effectively. You will hold good customer service skills and have the ability to communicate with people on all levels

A UK Driving licence would be an advantage as this role could involve travelling to other offices and areas of cumbria.

NVQ II in Admin is advantageous.

37.5 hours per week
