Job title - Jobsearch Programme Assistant . based in Whitehaven, Cumbria

Salary: £15,186.78 - 22,566.76 per annum, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Jobsearch Programmes Assistant to join our new Whitehaven office. The role will involve assisting in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Advisors, Brokers and staff who provide support to customers to ensure an appropriate infrastructure of support to help them achieve their personal and job goals. You will support customers facing basic skills issues and provide help in the use of ICT to help customers engage in effective job search activities.

You will require excellent IT skills and have the ability to communicate effectively and work towards set targets. You will be able to organise your own workload and work independently as well as work within a team. An NVQ II in Admin is advantageous but not essential.

Driving licence would be an advantage as this role could involve travelling to other offices and areas of cumbria

37.5 hours per week
