Salary: £18,231.97 per annum

Join the NEET engagement team working with 14-19 year old NEET young people on the Routes programme to develop their confidence, skills and portfolios through a varied programme of activities and one to one mentoring support

You will work with and develop relationships with local referring agencies to recruit, support and retain young people from disadvantaged groups, as well as attend a bi-monthly residential.

With experience of working with disadvantaged groups of young people you will be able to offer information, advice and guidance, have genuine empathy towards their situations, be motivated and inspired to deliver a varied and interesting programme of activities and have experience of working to targets.

You will be required to drive a minibus, therefore you must be over 21, held a full driving licence for over 2 years and be in possession of a PCV D1 licence or be willing to undertake training. Use of your own car for business use is essential to this role.
