Natural England currently has a vacancy within the Marine Specialist Advice team.

The Environmental Specialist Job Family includes roles recognised broadly for their specialist knowledge about core environmental processes and/or mechanisms for environmental improvement.

These people use expertise to shape delivery, support colleagues, build capability, develop guidance and resolve complex issues. They engage with a range of audiences (staff, stakeholders, the public, scientific and technical communities), communicating effectively about potentially complex issues. They also lead Natural England’s forward thinking, identifying new issues to be resolved such as needs for improved guidance and standards, or for new evidence..
