My client is one of the  leading renewable energy providers globally. They specialize in the manufacturing of crystalline silicon modules and are also a leading commercial and utility-scale solar PV developer with a strong market presence in Europe, the USA and the Asia-Pacific regions. They are looking to recruit an Investment Analysis Manager.  

Position overview:

My client is looking for an Investment Analysis Manager to help establish and improve the Company's capacity expansion management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• •         You will utilise your experience with investor acquisitions and relationship management
• •         Participate in bidding procurement, ongoing cost monitoring, contract review, dispute resolution
• •         Review of equipment selection, related contracts and monitor move-in schedules
• •         Form quarter and annual CapEx budget, control the expenses under the budget
• •         Assist in other investment analysis

Education

Strong  educational background(Finance degree)

Core Requirements

• Capex control with main focus on Production and Equipment (Project Establishment/Budgeting/Bidding contract preparation/Execution/Cost control)
• 8 yrs working experience in Finance department of medium/large size company(Financial Analysis/ Investment Analysis/ Project Analysis), solid knowledge on Financial Analysis
• Project Experience

Ø No. of project: 1-2

Ø Type of project:New energy/Manufacturing/Production/Construction/ Real Estate & Property

Ø Size of project:Main participants ≥ 20

Ø Revenue of project: Over 100 million

Ø Overseas exposure: Preferred who are familiar with/ worked for new energy/PV industry

• •         Project management skills and strong communication skills
• •         Good communication skills, in written and oral form, in Chinese and English
• •         Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
• •         Good modeling skills of cash flow based and financial statement based models

General requirements

• •         Strong integrity
• •         You must have strategic, problem solving and creative outlook
• •         Proficiency in Excel, PPT, MS Word
• •         CET 6

Key skills:
