Wetlands are essential for life.  The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) creates and protects wetland habitats to provide water, food and shelter for people and wildlife.  We save species around the world from extinction; our nine UK Wetland Centres inspire thousands of visitors to enjoy being close to nature.

We are looking for a candidate to develop environmental education content for our international community-based conservation programmes. Built around fun and interactive workshops for young students, the course will address common conservation threats and highlight the well-being and livelihood benefits associated with living around healthy wetlands. A final element of the role will be to work alongside international partners to trial this course in rural schools around WWT’s priority conservation sites in Madagascar.

In return for your hard work and dedication you’ll enjoy a wide range of benefits including:

-       25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

-       Free parking

-       Child care voucher scheme

-       Contributory company pension scheme (terms & conditions apply)

-       Life assurance

-       Free entry to all our centres plus many more
