Description
Mission: The correct execution of the projects.

Functions:

Plan actions to be taken for proper implementation of the Assembly: strategy and order of the assembly within the park
Carry out a review of Civil Works Park: access and mounting platforms
Coordinate and supervise the installation and crane contractors available to carry out its tasks.
Perform coordination of transport and monitor and control the pace of wind turbine assembly and the collection of material in the park.
Track the cost of installation, stops, items identified in the field and repairs, installation of elevators, material shortages and to ask the store or plants than necessary finishing work and end up in the park and Commissioning if necessary by contract.
Track and control of the proceedings in the park ensuring the use of TQM procedures.

Control the use and handling of tools and assembly tools.
Coordinate reviews of quality inspectors.
Tracking, inspection and assembly tasks, providing technical solutions in case of incidents and prepare reports.
Adequate training to employees for the assembly of the Parks.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, quality and environment established by GCT.
Analyse, facilitate and collect customer information in order to satisfy the needs of the project and expedite the implementation of the assembly.
Optimize the different resources and work processes within a process of continuous improvement.
Collaborate and ensure compliance with quality standards, environment and risk prevention set out in the Integrated Management System.
 
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technical Degree program.
Languages: Good level of English.
Technical Skills: Excellent technical knowledge and experienced inspecting services.Excellent business expertise, strong customer relation skills and technical knowledge of inline inspection services.
Travelling: This position will require international  travel.
Strong management skills with ability to manage projects at location, coordinating all human and technical resources for the correct erection of the wind turbines.
Resident in POLAND
