Description
The intern will improve the effectiveness of Global Public Partnerships by coordination and follow-through on various GPP Communications Materials as well as other administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Outputs:
Work with GPP & CEP’s Communications Committee Manager to assist in developing fact sheets and internal communications.
Liaise with IT and Communications and Multilaterals Team to assist in developing internal communications relating to CI’s GEF Project Agency;
Participate in internal and external meetings relevant to GPP on behalf of the GPP staff when they are unable to attend; seek answers, take notes, and share information and analysis with relevant colleagues.
Support the Multilateral Team in development of CI Materials for the GEF Project Agency.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Working Conditions
This position is based in CI Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Minimal travel is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Communications, Government, International Affairs, Environmental Policy, Development or related field.
