The Inside Sales Manager will lead sales efforts of Suniva high efficiency photovoltaic (PV) Modules to small market accounts and be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities for Suniva’s regional sales team.  We are seeking a self-starting individual with proven inside sales experience in Photovoltaics, enterprise technology solutions or construction supplies.   Must be able to thrive in a fast paced high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Suniva PV modules to to small market accounts
  • Generation and qualification of sales opportunities for the regional sales team
  • Serving as primary interface for leads generated via Suniva’s we query system
  • Tracking sales activities and pipeline in Suniva’s CRM system
  • Interpersonal and communication skills: The successful candidate is a team player who will interact with key Suniva departments (Operations, Engineering. Marketing, Finance) to successfully perform his / her job.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

 General Qualifications:

  • 3+ years (no more than five) of experience in technology sales in an inside sales role
  • Specific solar PV sales experience preferred
  • Strong relational orientation, demonstrated through references from prior customers
  • Highly detailed oriented with reputation for accuracy
  • Excellent MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Process oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Would consider recent Engineering grad with strong sales acumen / experience
