The ICT Officer has an important part to play in the Union’s Information Technology infrastructure by working with the Information Systems Unit to support IUCN staff globally as well as locally in ORO for all computer, email and network-related issues as well as day-to-day support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Portal, Constituency Relationship Management (CRM) system and other internally developed applications. The ICT Office will also provide global Helpdesk support to the US Office, SUR, and other IUCN staff as needed. This position will also help the Information Systems team provide a global presence for information technology-related needs for all staff. As part of the Information Systems Unit, the ICT Officer works closely with the Chief Information Officer and other members of the team to support IUCN system.
