To be successful in this role, and our business, you will need to demonstrate the following qualification, professional expertise and personal attributes:
Technical / Professional Expertise
.An degree in Engineering with preference given to those with mechanical, electrical or civil engineering qualifications.
.You must have strong experience in the engineering industry with preference given to those that have worked in wind power based roles.
.You must have been involved in and accountable for at least one of the following in a previous role; wind turbine commissioning or operation, design of mechanical or concrete structures, design of electrical power collection system, or resource assessment (wind or solar).
Competency Requirements
. Experience in leading wind turbine manufacturers, consultancies, wind developers would put you at a strong advantage.
. You need to be happy and capable of working independently.
. Be able to demonstrate clear organization and time management skills.
. Enjoy variety and be adaptable by nature in order to cope with a wide variety of tasks.
. Ability to produce clear written reports and communicate verbally in English.
. Familiar with working to international standards, national rules and certification body requirements.
