The Incentives Administrator (Government Team) is responsible for processing and securing Federal and State incentives for each allocated project. Administrators interact daily with a broad audience, including customers, government bodies, public utility companies, external administering bodies, and internal teams including Sales, Operations, Engineers, and Fund Accounting. Ensuring that the incentive is secured requires a significant amount of administrative work including the retrieval and coordination of information, completing detailed and technical applications and submissions, relationship management, management of deadlines and milestones, and attention to detail.
Employees who are successful in this role are proactive, use common sense, and take pride of ownership over the quality and accuracy of their work. The ideal candidate must be able to listen and observe, quickly identify the crux of a problem, research the issue, and clearly summarize what is needed. Whilst Administrators work as a part of a team, candidates must be able to organize and prioritize their own workflow and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
