About the opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to manage a range of activities associated with impact, learning and evaluation of Food for Life Programmes. This role comes at an exciting time in the development of our new and ambitious ten year strategy at the Soil Association and we are looking for someone to manage our impact and learning data across Food for Life Programmes to meet our ambitions for impact on Climate, Nature and Health.

Your role

As our Impact Manager, you will work across a range of programmes and projects including locally commissioned programmes of work and the UK-wide Lottery-funded Food for Life Get Togethers programme.

Building on a range of independent evaluations and methods for capturing impact you will develop and maintain further processes for data collation and organisation which ensures that data is accessible for a wide range of team members and communicated effectively with a range of audiences. You will have a particular focus on quantitative data and lead on systems such as CRM to develop and maintain evaluation functions.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy developing new solutions, and have substantial experience in managing and analysing data using various systems and software. You’ll have a thorough understanding of research ethics and have a range of experience in writing academically sound reports.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about capturing and sharing learning and impact in robust and innovative ways and is excited by the opportunity to build evidence associated with climate, nature, health and food.
