Impact and Business Manager – Sustainable Agriculture Portfolio

The CSIRO Sustainable Agriculture Flagship (SAF) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work with a small team of BD staff within the Sustainable Agriculture portfolio and help shape the development and delivery of efficient business and impact outcomes that support the pursuit of SAF goals. The focus will be on working with the SAF team to develop and implement a range of Flagship BD and impact strategies and provide a key and fundamental contribution to the Flagship’s growth and impact.

Location:            Dutton Park, Brisbane

Salary range:    $119K - $132K per annum plus up to 15.4% superannuation

Tenure:               Indefinite/Ongoing

Requirements of the successful candidate will include:

• Qualifications in business, engineering, science or related discipline and/or equivalent experience at a senior level in business management and development and implementation of path to impact strategies in a research and/or commercial environment in the agri-industry domains.
• Superior communication, interpersonal and engagement skills
