We have an opportunity for a conscientious ICT Support Officer to contribute to the administration of Groundwork’s systems infrastructure by providing ICT and telecoms support and undertaking a range of network administration duties. Supporting the ICT Manager you will be an excellent problem solver and provide end-user support, domain administration and hardware and software support across our London locations. An excellent communicator, you will be approachable, friendly and able to deal with people throughout all levels of the organisation to provide an efficient support service. You will have working knowledge of all MS Windows Desktop Operating systems, a familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook and PC desktop software, as well as knowledge of computer hardware and a strong ability to troubleshoot PC issues in order to provide effective IT Support to end-users. Working knowledge of Windows TCPIP Networks, Active Directory (security, creating accounts), Windows Server 2008 and 2012 is desirable.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract.
