Description

Provides human resources services in the following functions: compensation and benefits. Compensation duties include support with associated compliance administration, management of organization-wide compensation processes, development and maintenance of salary structures, research and analysis of inflation and wage movement, participation in industry surveys for benchmarking, data auditing, maintenance of company job descriptions, providing compensation related support to staff and managing compensation related projects. S/he will be the expert administrator and trainer of the PeopleSoft Compensation module. Benefits administration includes supporting various benefits processes for staff in US and some international staff, including routine and ad hoc reporting, managing and submitting 401(k) contributions and administration. Responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures and plans according to HR policies and will provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various HR related issues, specifically compensation but not solely limited to compensation. Provide additional support as needed in other HR related areas, such as Global Mobility. Responds to moderately complex employee/management questions and problems based on advanced knowledge of aspects applicable to the subject area

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years related work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.
    Experience coordinating projects.
    Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
    Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
    Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
