Description
Lead the HR Policy Team and take responsibility for the development, review and delivery of HR policies that take into account the aims of the FC People Strategy, statutory requirements and best practice.  
 
Maintain the HR intranet site including the on-line staff handbook and implement employment law changes where they impact on policies and terms and conditions.
 
Contribute to policy, process and delivery of business projects
