Description
This position is a sole practitioner role, reporting to the CFO and supporting approximately 200 employees in high tech manufacturing company located in Norcross. The plant runs 24/7 with two 12 hours shifts daily from 3:00 to 3:00.
Position Responsibilities:
Day to day management of HR needs
Oversee all Employee Relations issues
Manage recruitment process
Manager coaching
Internal Communications
Serve as liaison on benefits issues
HRIS and Time and Labor system administration
Recommend and coordinate employee engagement activities
Manage Year End Performance Management and the related Compensation process
Employee On-Boarding and continued Employee Development
Position Requirements:
7+ years HR experience
Strong ability to work in a stand- alone HR environment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated Employee Relations experience
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong management coaching skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good organization and planning skills
PHR is strongly preferred
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to support 24/7 operations.
