Essex Wildlife Trust are the county’s leading conservation charity, committed to protecting wildlife and inspiring a lifelong love of nature; and we would love you to join our committed and enthusiastic team. 

This role is all about supporting our people to be able to make a difference to wildlife across Essex through your effective admin, advice and project work.  Main responsibilities will be around payroll, recruitment and learning and development but we do expect someone to be innovative and take part in our exciting project work as well as looking to further your HR career and be coached to offer advice and learn all about multiple areas of HR and L&D from an experienced team.

If you have worked in HR (L&D would also be great, but is not essential), you would love to work in a beautiful environment at a Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company and you feel you would fit into our friendly, committed, passionate and professional organisation then we would love to hear from you.
