The HR team are continuing with our programme of development as outlined in the SNH People Strategy. Our current workload includes the modernisation of the HR policies and procedures, further development of our HR database and e-recruitment systems with projects on resource planning and career management also planned. Alongside this HR Services have adopted new ways of working to provide a partnering approach to the business, and engage in key development activity to ensure the continued provision of a professional and responsive HR service. This role provides generalist HR casework advice to SNH’s staff and managers within particular assigned directorates. This role is an integral part of the HR operations team and will be involved in understanding the business needs and identifying areas for improvement. You will provide a high quality, customer-focused professional HR service in line with SNH policy, best practice and employment legislation that meets the business objectives of the organisation as a whole. You will support managers to deliver corporate objectives through agreed HR policies and practices whilst working positively to enhance and improve the service.
