You’ll provide wide-ranging, confidential advice and support to people managers and employees across the organisation – helping to communicate HR policy and practice, supporting training and recruitment where necessary and building strong working relationships at all levels.
An experienced HR generalist, you must have a solutions oriented approach to problem solving, along with demonstrable knowledge of employment law, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. CIPD part-qualification is essential as a minimum.
