Are you inspired by people and plants? Because at the RHS we are! And we are looking for a passionate leader to take forward one of our Horticultural Teams.

RHS Garden Hyde Hall is a garden that is changing not only with seasons but through extensive development, transforming a 24 acre site to 150 acres accessible to our members and the public. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing and developing a team responsible for the Woodland and Estate as well as leading on Landscape work within the garden projects under the direction of a Garden Manager.

This role encompasses management of plants from trees in the woodland landscape and assisting with the development of the Naturalistic herbaceous, bulb and shrub plantings of Clover Hill and Road Field. Liaising with contractors and volunteers will also be required ensuring work specified is delivered to the high standards expected. You will need excellent knowledge and expertise in a range of horticultural disciplines and assist in running relevant budgets for sections of work.

PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying certificates and a full driving licence required and NPTC Chainsaw Certificates are desirable for this role.
