Home Visit Co-ordinator - 6 months fixed term

Location: Regional Headquarters, Dorrington, Shrewsbury

Salary: £7,790 - £8,173 per annum

Hours: 18 hours per week

 

The RSPCA, the World’s largest and oldest animal welfare organisation, is looking for a part-time Homevisit Co-ordinator to join the team at the Wales & West Regional Headquarters, Dorrington, Shrewsbury.

The main responsibilities of the post include:

  • Post-holders will be responsible for contacting volunteers over the phone to arrange home visits on behalf of the RSPCA for animals in its care.
  • They will liaise with RSPCA run or approved Animal Centres and work closely with Branch Support Specialists.                                                                    

The successful applicant should have:

  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Must be well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks.
