Head of Trust and Statutory Fundraising , full-time (37 hours per week)

Based in East Lulworth, Dorset
£35,000 - £42,000 pa dependent on experience, plus pension contribution

Butterfly Conservation is the world’s largest organisation dedicated to the conservation of butterflies and moths.

We are seeking an exceptional fundraiser to lead our Trust and Statutory Fundraising Team.  This senior level role will require an understanding of, and commitment to, the natural world and ability to be a positive ambassador for Butterfly Conservation.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of developing a fundraising strategy that has secured high level income from trusts and funders, experience of managing and motivating a team to achieve fundraising targets, and experience of developing and managing excellent relationships with funders

This is an exciting and challenging post for a motivated individual who is a self-starter, interested in new ideas and who brings originality in their approach.
