My client is a leading Global manufacturer of cells and modules in the PV industry.

Position Overview:-
To play a critical role in Business Strategic Planning and Execution the target business plan by leading the Sales and Marketing team to established a strong marketing network in our Solar business and driving strong Sales activity for our high efficiency and reliable Solar products.

Responsibilities:-
• Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans, oversee all necessary activities to fulfil strategic objectives as outlined in the Company business plan.
• Responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of the Organization and is the execution of the Sales and Marketing function in the Company.
• Sales; Identify and approach potential new clients, convert enquiries from potential clients to sales and develop the existing clients with good service environment to maximize the revenue potential.
• Develop and execute marketing activities to ensure awareness of the company among all target groups or potential customers to increase our Company branding in the Solar industry.
• To actively work on the Business Strategic plan and build a strong and realistic executable business plan together with the Operations
• To lead by example in the team work and work cohesively with the management team in driving positive business environment
• To manage all assigned work with Lean culture and practices
• Building the overall strength and performance of the sales and marketing team and the company as a whole

Qualified to:-
• Take decisions and execute activities within the framework of the agreed Marketing & Sales plan.

Education:-
• Must have strong educational background (Batchelors)

Communicates with:-
• All Senior Management Globally

Key Skills:
• Solar PV, negotiations experience, sales experience, solar product (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) sales experience and team leadership
