Head of Renewable - Bangalore, India

My client is a leading player in the Indian energy industry and is establishing its presence in the renewable energy space in India and outside. This Head of Renewable Energy will be leading all aspects of the renewable energy business from establishing to exploring new opportunities globally. Head of Renewable is the visionary and strategist to pioneer this growth for the business.

Responsibilities:
- Head of Renewable will be responsible for managing and developing the renewable energy business vertical and exploring new business opportunities for the same. Head of Renewable will lead an d drive the development of all the functions' strategic and business plans and values.
- Head of Renewable will independently manage functions such as P&L, Legal, Commercial, Policies, HR, Finance, Planning, etc. and hence a strong experience in the same is a must. Head of Renewable will work closely and collaboratively with the President to manage, develop and expand this business.

Core Requirements:
- Head of Renewable will be required due to the seniority & profile of this role to have at least a solid 15+ years of experience. Head of Renewable must have solid experience in the wind and solar development sector in India.
- Head of Renewable must be a graduate Engineer in any discipline with PG Diploma/MBA preferably. Head of Renewable with international experience on renewable energy projects globally would have an advantage.
