Head of Programme, and Senior CAP Specialist - Agriculture & Land Management team

We are seeking two outstanding individuals with established reputations in policies relating to agriculture, land use and expertise in the CAP and policies relating to climate and agriculture/land use, rural development and food. You must have demonstrated strong intellectual capacity in policy analysis at EU level, have excellent analytical and report writing skills, and be an experienced, confident and effective communicator and a dedicated team player and motivator.

The years ahead are a critical moment in the development of European agriculture and land use policies. IEEP has a strong track record in influential research and policy advice which helps achieve real world change. These two posts provide an excellent opportunity for influential, analytical and committed researchers who are keen to play a leading role in policymaking on European agriculture, land use, rural development, climate and the environment, and are happy to be challenged in a fast paced environment.
