Head of Policy - Farming & Land-Use

The Soil Association is the UK’s leading membership charity campaigning for healthy, humane and sustainable food.

We are looking for a talented individual to lead the research, development and advocacy of the Soil Association’s positions on farming and land-use issues. You will support teams across the organization with expert advice on relevant research and policy, our campaign objectives and change strategies, and represent us at a high level externally and in the media.

With substantial experience of working at a senior level in a policy and campaigns role, you will be able to demonstrate credibility within your field. You will have an excellent knowledge of farming and land use issues relevant to the aims of the Soil Association. You will have outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills and will be committed to advancing our work.
