Head of Infrastructure

We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the Management Team in developing the infrastructure design, project management and construction management.

- Administering the Master Plan, policies and procedures.

- Must be equipped to undertake the full responsibility assumed, complexity of duties assigned, and the independence of action taken.

- Provide leadership and direction to assigned staff, professional engineers, and technical staff.

- Oversee the Infrastructure works of the appointed Project Management Company, Engineering Consultants and Contractors to the required standards.

- Close monitoring and follow up of all Infrastructure activities to ensure project quality, budget costs and time limits are met.

- Develops, recommends and implement engineering solutions to problems met.

- Ensures that all Infrastructure works remain within the established scope, budget and schedule.

- Provides regular reports on the physical progress and financial status of all Infrastructure works.

- Ensure that the critical completion milestones are met by both Contractors and Consultants.

- Specifications review for all the designs which impacts the construction cost.

-  Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

- At least 10 years experience in Infrastructure works from a reputable Engineering or Design and Construction Supervision Consultancy Firm.

- Extensive experience in Infrastructure Engineering, project management, design and construction as related to major international state of the art projects.

- Knowledge of the standards, codes and regulations pertaining to the construction of the infrastructures. 

- Principles and practices of Infrastructure Engineering design and construction, including computer literacy and knowledge of IT, CAD and design technology.

- Ability to check complex engineering computations in the review of engineering plans and specifications.

- Must be able to work efficiently under stressful conditions.

- Strong communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Infrastructure Engineering
