This is an exciting new position in the organisation, with responsibilities covering marketing, fundraising and donor relationship management. The successful applicant will have a first rate appreciation of the work of the WLT, understanding key messages, targets and achievements and the ability to portray them in a way that will inspire people to support the Trust. We are seeking a committed individual with experience of writing and implementing a development strategy and a proven record of achieving dynamic growth across a range of different areas. They will have an excellent understanding of the fundraising legal framework and best practice together with experience of managing budgets, including planning, forecasting and analysing performance. A strategic and creative thinker, the successful candidate will have an interest in and knowledge of wildlife conservation, together with an empathy with the vision, values and strategic aims of WLT. Key responsibilities
This is a fulltime role, based in the Trust’s Suffolk headquarters at Halesworth.
