Description

Due to increased growth we are looking for a capable and well-organized person to take on the general administration of sales enquiries and support the delivery of projects in the Hampshire Branch.  You will report to the Branch Manager.  You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries and will need to be able to deal with a wide range of enquiries in a friendly and prompt manner.  

Job Description

•    Dealing with enquiries, logging information and sending out responses
•    Help the branch manager organize leads and prequalify potential customers
•    Following up leads and book surveys
•    Assembling pre and post project documentation
•    Ordering office supplies and some installation materials
•    Send routine financial information to head office, time sheets, receipts etc.
•    Assist with the implementation of a Quality Management System
•    Ensure all sales and marketing literature and documents are stocked and ready when needed.
•    Help customers make applications to grant programmes as required
•    Support the office and sales staff at the Hampshire branch  


EXPERIENCE

Essential
•    Experience of office administration
•    Experience of customer service

Desirable
•    Experience of sales – telephone or face to face
•    Knowledge of solar thermal and electric systems

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

•    Excellent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
•    Excellent social and communication skills
•    Excellent organisational skills

Desirable
•    Degree level qualification 2.2 or above
•    Sales training

CHARACTER

Essential
•    Proactive attitude to problem solving
•    Responsive to the needs of others
•    Self-confident

OTHER

Essential
•    Enthusiasm for renewable energies
•    Full clean driving licence
•    Legal right to work in the UK
