Salary: £11,235.30 pro rata

BTCV is the UK’s leading practical conservation charity working with people from all sectors of the community in positive action to improve the environment.

We are seeking to recruit three Grass Cutting Operatives to provide day to day support to the W&M Landscapes Supervisor in delivery of local practical contracts and activities and to attract new volunteers and further contracts and raise public awareness of BTCV’s programmes and activities available in the area.

The successful candidate will have some experience of:
• Leading and working in small groups.
• Implementing practical projects / contracts.
• Motivating and supporting volunteers.

This will be a temporary position until 30th September 2012

30 hours per week.
