The Grant Administration Coordinator (Grant Coordinator) will serve a key role within the Development Group of Trout Unlimited (TU). The Grant Coordinator is primarily responsible for the review, data entry, and ongoing maintenance of TU's foundation and government grant agreements within our Portfolio database and our online network folders. This position also is responsible for ongoing, effective communications with TU staff regarding TU's grant agreements and their requirements. The Grant Coordinator will report directly to TU's Foundation and Government Grants Manager. This part-time position (20 hours per week) requires someone with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of data entry accuracy. The Grant Coordinator will communicate with TU's staff using a variety of mediums, including phone, email, letters, the Portfolio database, and our Online Employer system. The Grant Coordinator will be well versed in the style and language of various government agencies form and grants procedures to effectively comprehend grant information for entry into the Portfolio database.
