As a major provider of agricultural and environmental consultancy and research throughout the UK, our strength lies in our ability to provide our clients with an unparalleled range of objective, science-based information, advice and implementation services.  We now have opportunities to appoint a number of new highly motivated graduates, or post-graduates (MSc or PhD), to join our experienced teams of consultants and researchers.  The breadth of our offer provides opportunities to develop skills across the wide range of ADAS services.

All posts will have a commercial focus and will require graduates to have a willingness for winning and managing work to meet client needs.  The training programme will include aspects designed to help develop your skills in sales, effective consultancy and project/contract management.

Successful candidates will be provided with a 12-18 month Development Programme, which through formal training, coaching and mentoring will cover core skills and will also include technical aspects relevant to the role.  Through the programme and on-the-job training candidates will develop the skills to become a Consultant selling and delivering research and/or consultancy to clients.
