About you:

Recruitment is challenging and certainly not for everyone!

The environment is extremely fast-paced, dynamic and the peaks and troughs of the role test even the most experienced recruitment consultants. You will need to motivate yourself to pick up the phone and speak to experienced people, so if you are easily fazed and lack confidence in daunting situations then you won't enjoy being part of our team. However, if you like the idea of working in a vibrant, target driven atmosphere and have a confident, motivated and ambitious personality then we’d like to hear from you. 

Our specialist sectors mean as a Recruitment Consultant you will be working on exciting permanent assignments within environment, planning or sustainability sectors.  An interest in our specialist sectors would be a distinct advantage.

We can offer you an established reputation and an excellent network of clients and candidates to help develop your specialist sector.  Given our team’s flat structure, there is a clear career path and you’ll benefit from invaluable research and administrative support. We don’t believe in micro management and like our consultants to be entrepreneurial and autonomous whilst working within a supportive team environment.
