We aim to transform the critical systems that we all depend on, such as food, energy and finance, to make them fit for the challenges of the 21st century. We have nearly 20 years’ experience of inspiring new thinking, building creative partnerships, and developing practical innovations to change our world. Where does this role sit within the organisation? You will work alongside our US team in our New York office, as an integral part of the global Communications and Network team. What will the Global Communications Manager do? Part of the global Communications and Networks Team, this new role will work closely with the Communications Lead to design and deliver Forum’s global communications strategy internationally, as well as lead on Forum’s US profile-raising strategy. They will build on and grow existing strong networks with relevant media and stakeholders (particularly in the US), and develop and deliver creative, new opportunities to engage Forum’s audience and build our reputation as leaders in sustainable, system-wide change. The post-holder will get the chance to work on selected major projects and partnerships with a particular US dimension, alongside delivery teams. There will also be some member management. Full-time employees receive an excellent benefits package including health and dental insurance, and 18 days’ vacation in year 1, rising to 23 days from year 2 onwards (with 11 days public holidays).
