A superb opportunity has arisen to join our client, a ground investigation contractor based in Northern Ireland. Due to an increased workload it currently requires professionals with a range of work experience to join the team. You will manage large ground investigation contracts, which will include programming works, liaising with clients and landowners, organising exploration teams, arranging laboratory testing and reporting. You will also provide detailed inputs to ground investigations, to include setting out exploratory hole locations, supervision of exploration teams, insitu testing, logging of trial pits and preparation of logs for boreholes put down by soil boring and rock drilling. A relevant degree is essential, preferably with a higher qualification in Geotechnical Engineering. You should also be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities as well as confidence with the use and application of industry specific techniques.
