Incumbent will be HOD of all administrative and HR activities and will be required to plan and execute all administration and HR activities of the organization. The main job responsibilities will be as under. This will include,Supervise the Maintance of office premises (HQ & Field Offices), Vendor management, Managing Leases, Purchase of office equipment,stationary,furniture etc.Organise and manage travel and hotel requirements.Liason with Govt / Municipal / Statutary / NGO's / & Private Institutions.Manage and organise Events (Meetings, Workshops, Exhibitions etc).Set targets, conduct staff performance reveiws (Admin),Initiate/Plan purchase of WTI land /building for permanent office space. Managing recruitment, performance appraisal, Training and Development, staff welfare, statutory compliances and framing and updating policies and procedures of working conditions. Qualification and experience required: Desirable candidates must be a graduate with 10 years of experience in Administrative and HR areas mandatory.
