I am currently seeking a number of General Managers (Farm Operations) to oversee 25,000 hectare blocks of oil palms, cereal crops and sugarcane in Ethiopia, one of the fastest growing economies in Africa with agriculture being the mainstay of the economy. Successful candidates will have a BSc in Agriculture (MSc an added plus) with at least 15 years experience in Palm Oil cultivation, Sugarcane Estates, Coffee and Tea plantations and similar large scale agricultural activity with the capacity of plan, design and execute large scale agricultural projects.
