Description

Are you interested in a Futures internship with Forum for the Future?

The world faces greater uncertainty as the climate changes, supplies of natural resources diminish, and global population and consumption rise.   We can’t predict the future, but we can think more about the sort of future we want, and how it could be achieved. In fact, it is vital that we do just that.

That’s why futures thinking underpins Forum for the Future’s approach to promoting sustainable development.

On the futures team we build future scenarios, explore new trends, create visions of a sustainable future and develop future-proofing tools.  Our partnership-based approach to creating change helps us to apply futures thinking practically in organisations and ensure that it is not just an academic exercise.

Forum for the Future is now recruiting a Futures Intern to be based in London.  Forum works in partnership with leading organisations in business and the public sector, focusing on key sectors including retail, the built environment, finance, transport, tourism, the public sector and cities.   During your internship you will work closely with the team to support their information needs and conduct research for various projects.
