Description

The QGC is a unique tree planting campaign across the United Kingdom to mark The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.  The initiative is being hosted by Cool Earth but has its own dedicated team.

The Fundraising Officer will be an exceptional individual who is able to support the Development Director in creating successful relationships with funders across businesses, individuals and foundations. They will also work collaboratively with the QGC Communications team to connect with profile raising  campaigns for the project launch in May 2021 and beyond.

Reporting to the Development Director of the QGC the postholder will be responsible for the day to day activities related to broad income generation and general supporter stewardship.

You must be articulate and confident working in a high profile role, being a key point of contact for a wide range of fundraising issues and representing the QGC at meetings and other events.

This is a full-time role which can be conducted remotely but you will need to attend meetings, predominantly in London but also UK nationwide, as required.
